Agreement

By creating an account, joining Camp Zero e-residence, or attending a Camp Zero programme (including the Founders Retreat), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Camp Zero provides a members community platform (e-residence) and may offer in-person programmes such as gatherings and retreats. Features may change as we improve the product. Access to e-residence requires an active paid membership unless we grant complimentary or offline-paid access.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old. Do not share your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

Membership & payments

Founding members pay a one-time fee for lifetime founding access. After founding seats fill, later cohorts join on an annual rate shown at signup. Offline payments may be activated by Camp Zero administrators. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise. Subscription renewals (where applicable) continue until cancelled according to the payment provider’s process.

Community rules

Be respectful. Do not harass, spam, scrape, or post unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content. Do not attempt unauthorized access to the platform. We may remove content or members that violate house rules or create risk for others.

Prohibited content

You may not upload, post, or share adult content anywhere on the platform — including profiles, posts, comments, messages, and file uploads. Adult content includes pornography, sexually explicit material, and nudity intended to arouse. You may not post links to illegal websites or share content that facilitates illegal activity. We enforce these rules and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Camp Zero a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service. You represent that you have the rights to share what you post and that your content does not include adult material or links to illegal websites.

Programmes & retreats

In-person programmes (including the Founders Retreat) may have separate schedules, pricing, and logistics. Travel is your responsibility unless stated otherwise. Spots are limited; cancellations and transfers are handled case-by-case as described for that programme.

Member discounts

Active e-residence members may receive stated discounts on Camp Zero programmes (for example 20% off the Founders Retreat). Discounts require a valid membership at the time of booking and may not combine with other offers unless we say so.

Disclaimer

The platform and programmes are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, funding, customers, or technical results from participation. Mentorship and peer advice are not professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camp Zero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or attendance at programmes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. If a change is material, we will post the revised terms on this page.
