Who we are

Camp Zero (“we”, “us”) operates the Camp Zero e-residence platform and related programmes, including gatherings and the Founders Retreat. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our websites, apps, and services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as name, email, password, profile details, payment and membership status, and messages you post in the residence. We also collect technical data needed to run the service (for example device type, approximate location from IP, and usage logs).

How we use information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process memberships and offline enrollments, deliver the feed and community features, send service notices, improve the product, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments). Card details are handled by the provider; we receive confirmation, plan type, and related billing metadata so we can activate membership.

Sharing

We share data with processors who help us run the service (hosting, databases, payments, analytics) under appropriate agreements. Profile content you publish in the residence is visible to other members according to product design. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of the community.

Retention

We keep account and membership records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Your choices

You can update profile details in the app, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing us. Where applicable under local law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect accounts and data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and keep it private.

Children

Camp Zero is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
